Intuitive Reasoning: A Whole Brain Approach

with Mary Elizabeth Lynch, JD

This course will present a workable model for starting to apply intuitive reasoning to a wide range of life situations, including dispute resolution and conflict transformation interventions and personal life decision-making.  Participants will learn, experience, and develop an understanding of a framework for using right-brain intuitive “knowing” to support and complement left-brain, logical “analysis,” several contemplative and mindfulness practices to support the development of your intuition, and how to harness the benefits of the intuitive process in order to listen more deeply, understand your clients and what they really want and need, and to respond with more purpose and clarity to the problems and issues presented in mediation.  The course will also present a workable model for starting to apply intuitive reasoning to a wide range of life situations, including dispute resolution and conflict transformation interventions and personal life decisions-making.
