Mediating Complex and Multiparty Civil Cases

with Jim Pope, MSW, JD, and Michael West, MS

Complex and multiparty cases introduce issues of power, structure, and dynamics that can challenge mediators. This workshop covers the skills and approaches needed to work with a combination of multiple parties, attorneys, substantive experts and complex issues. The instructors are experience mediators of complex cases, including EEOC civil rights and other business, federal, and workplace disputes.

Prerequisite: Mediation Skills and Process
