Mediation Practicum: Federal & Commercial Role-Play

This workshop provides all who mediate workplace and commercial matters with the opportunity to observe and debrief simulated mediations. Participants will also reinforce their mediation skills by practicing a variety of scenarios. It is approved for the General District Court and Circuit Court mediator certification requirement in Virginia for the observation of two cases. The emphasis of these role-plays is on typical federal workplace and commercial/civil litigation cases.
