Mediation Skills and Process

This interactive course teaches practical and effective mediation skills that are applicable in many arenas. Participants will learn and practice key basic skills in conflict resolution, interest-based negotiations, reflective listening, facilitation, and structured problem-solving. This workshop provides the foundation for NVMS Certificate Programs and Supreme Court of Virginia mediator certification.
