Family Mediation Institute

This intensive family series will cover the topics you need to practice family mediation in a variety of contexts, including mediating issues in divorce as well as disputes within intact family units. This series builds upon what you learned in the basic Mediation Skills & Process workshop and will prepare participants to begin the co-mediations needed for Virginia Family Mediator Certification. 

Note: Additional workshops are required to complete the NVMS Family Mediation Certificate. Workshops may also be taken individually.
