Organizational Development Institute
Thursday, January 5 Throughout this intensive institute, participants will learn and practice problem solving skills within organizational settings. Skills may be used to improve the ability of businesses, non-profits, and local and federal government agencies to prevent and resolve harmful conflicts. Participants will learn ways to address disputes that will lead to improving job performance and satisfaction.
Note: Additional classes are required to complete the Organizational Development and Conflict Resolution Certificate. Workshops may also be taken individually.
