This course provides a thorough training in negotiation skills. Interactive exercises and simulations allow participants to learn how people make decisions in negotiation, develop skills in persuading, craft agreements that people will carry out, develop effective strategies for dealing with difficult negotiators, and apply this learning to attain goals.
