Training... NVMS offers a variety of quality, intensive practice-based workshops in collaborative practices and conflict resolution.

Restorative Justice... a process in which those that have been affected by an identifiable harm in the community seek to repair the harm and restore relationships.

Mediation... a process that encourages people to work out their disputes with one another and develop solutions they will find equally acceptable.

Facilitation... a process that encourages group dialogue and collaboration by having a neutral party guide the decision-making process.
