Geetha Ravindra, JD
Geetha Ravindra is an attorney, mediator and trainer. She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Richmond School of Law. Ravindra mediates workplace matters for the Navy, World Bank, VA, and Department of Energy. Ravindra also provides conflict resolution training for NASA. Ravindra served as Director of the Department of Dispute Resolution Services at the Supreme Court of Virginia from 1996-2007, managed the Dalkon Shield Arbitration Program at the Private Adjudication Center 1992-1996, is Co-Chair of the Mediation Committee of the Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA, a member of the Council of the Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA, and the Chair of the Virginia State Bar Attorney Client Fee Dispute Resolution Program. Additionally, Ravindra is Secretary of the Virginia State Bar - Virginia Bar Association Joint Committee on ADR, and Past President of the Virginia Mediation Network. . Ravindra has several published articles on court-connected dispute resolution. Ravindra conducts numerous training programs and presentations related to alternative dispute resolution around the country and in India.
