Divorce & SeparationCo-ParentingIntra-Family

Whether you are planning a separation, going through a divorce, or facing co-parenting challenges, our mediators are here to assist. Our Supreme Court certified mediators are experts in helping parties focus on developing lasting agreements while looking to the future, instead of the past.

Mediation: Voluntary, Confidential, Neutral

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process that is quickly becoming the primary method of resolving disputes. Neutral mediators create a safe environment so that participants can talk freely about what is important to them and make informed decisions. They help identify issues and keep the focus on finding mutually agreeable solutions.

Why Choose Mediation

Control:  Mediation keeps you and your family in control of your circumstances. The mediation process empowers you to make the decisions that affect your future, as opposed to a court judgment where people are rarely satisfied.

Time:  Mediation reduces time spent in court and with attorneys. Mediation is scheduled around your availability with flexible hours to accommodate individual schedules.

Outcome:  Agreements reached through mediation last because the people affected by the decisions are the ones making them. When parties reach their own agreement, they avoid impractical solutions which often result from the adversarial process.

Money:  It is more cost effective to reach an agreement through the mediation process than through litigation. For example, divorce litigation is a $28 billion-a-year industry with an average cost of about $20,000. Mediation is a speedier, less expensive route to a tailored resolution. Our fees are set on a sliding scale based off of income to ensure that our services are as accessible as possible. See fee schedule

Relationship:  The mediation process protects the integrity of those in dispute and establishes a positive working relationship, which is particularly important with cases involving children.
