About the Speaker:

Ken Rosenbaum is Virginia-certified mediator. His experience as a scrivener and drafter began with a stint as a congressional counsel in the 1980s and ‘90s. As a private consultant, he has helped to draft statutes, regulations, and model contracts around the world. He is the author of two specialized legal drafting guides: one about food and agriculture legislation and the other about forestry contracts. He is also a regular teacher of mediation ethics and wrote the “Mediation in Wonderland” article in the March 2016 issue of Resolutions.
