NVMS is always looking to expand our training offerings to meet the needs of conflict resolution and mediation practitioners.
At this time, we are accepting applications for courses on the following topics:
- Questions – A course focused on improving questioning techniques, and using questions to overcome situations where the parties are at impasse, resolving deadlocks, and using alternate approaches for handling evaluative and distributive disputes.
- Interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills without a focus on a particular process such as mediation.
- Appreciative Inquiry
- Leading positive change
- Having difficult conversations
