A series of courses designed for individuals who plan to or already lead individuals, teams or projects.

Conflict Resolution Skills

A series of courses designed to provide an understanding of conflict dynamics that arise at home, at work, and in the community.

Those who are currently pursuing the Federal Workplace Mediation Certificate and/or the Organizational Development and Conflict Resolution Certificate can apply the courses they’ve completed thus far and continue to fulfill the remaining requirements with courses that will be offered in 2020.
