The 2022-2026 strategic plan takes our organization’s commitment to empower people and organizations to manage and resolve conflicts constructively in exciting new directions. Approved by the Board of Directors in March, our plan sets forth three strategies for strengthening our connections in the community:
- Develop community partnerships with grassroots and faith-based organizations, civic groups, and others.
- Provide services and conflict management training to under-resourced neighborhoods.
- Empower young members of the community with tools to help them manage conflicts in their daily lives.
We salute the organization’s legacy leaders for their highly successful efforts to make mediation what it is today: a readily available alternative to litigation and adversarial negotiations.
We hope to be equally successful with training and facilitation among individuals and organizations with the greatest needs in our community.
