NVMS Conflict Resolution Center Names New Board President and Treasurer

FAIRFAX, VA (January 26, 2023) – NVMS Conflict Resolution Center is pleased to announce the election of its new Board president and treasurer during its January 19, 2023 Board meeting.

NVMS welcomes Marialuisa S. Gallozzi as president of its Board of Directors. She is a partner at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, DC. Ms. Gallozzi is the lead counsel in advising clients on sophisticated risk-management strategies. She has substantive expertise analyzing and securing coverage for losses and liabilities. Ms. Gallozzi has industry experience with several Fortune 100/500 companies. Additionally, she represented DC Appleseed in a multiyear pro bono matter that created a $95 million health equity fund to benefit DC residents. Ms. Gallozzi is a graduate of Harvard University and the New York University School of Law.

NVMS also welcomes Iche E. Chiu as treasurer of its Board of Directors. Mr. Chiu is a partner at MyAdvisor360LLC in Tysons, Virginia. His expertise is in compliance review and corporate governance internal control. He supervises managers and staff members who support various enterprises with revenues from $500K to $100M including startup companies, non-profit entities, professional offices, and government contractors. Mr. Chiu shares his talents with developing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, accounting, and tax support. Mr. Chiu received his MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University.

The Conflict Resolution Center is grateful to Marialuisa Gallozzi and Iche Chiu for their dedication and leadership. They join other Board members including:
